1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bloom ("Application") mobile application, provided by Murat Can Çiçek, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the application.

2. Description of Service

The Application is a service that allows users to identify plants by uploading photos via their mobile device's camera or gallery and to obtain information about plants through the AI-powered "Botanical Assistant". The identification results and information provided by the assistant are for informational purposes only. The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this information is not guaranteed. It is strongly recommended to consult an expert before acting on information provided, especially regarding toxic plants or medicinal uses.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The Application may offer in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions ("Premium Services") that provide access to additional features.

• Payment: Payments will be charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee will be charged to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
• Service Provider: We use RevenueCat for the subscription management infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

The Application and its interface, features, branding, and original content (excluding user-provided images) are the property of Murat Can Çiçek and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Using the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Decompiling, reverse-engineering, or disassembling the source code of the Application.
• Using any automated system (robot, spider, etc.) that could interfere with the proper working of the Application or place an unreasonable load on its servers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of the plant identification results or the information provided by the AI assistant.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Murat Can Çiçek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will inform you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the Application signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
