3. Face Data Processing

3.1 Data Processing Agreement

• You maintain full ownership of your uploaded images
• Processing occurs only through Segmind API
• All processing is temporary and completed within 24 hours
• No face data is permanently stored on our servers
• Face data is automatically deleted after processing
• We process images in real-time without permanent storage

3.2 Usage Restrictions

• You must have necessary rights and permissions for any images you upload
• You must not upload images of others without their explicit consent
• You must not use the service for harmful, inappropriate, or illegal purposes
• You must not attempt to extract, copy, or reverse engineer our AI models
• You must not use the service to create misleading or deceptive content

3.3 Processing Limitations

• Face processing is limited to user-requested features only
• No biometric data extraction or storage
• No face recognition or identification
• No machine learning training on user images
• No data sharing beyond Segmind API processing

4. User Rights and Responsibilities

4.1 Permitted Actions

• Upload your own photos for processing
• Use processed images for personal, non-commercial use
• Purchase and use credits for premium features
• Save and manage your favorite creations
• Delete your content at any time

4.2 Prohibited Actions

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Violate others' privacy rights or intellectual property
• Use the app for harassment or harmful purposes
• Share or sell your account access
• Bypass app security measures or payment systems

5. Credits and Payments

5.1 Credit System

• Premium features require credits for use
• Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases
• Credit prices are subject to change
• Unused credits may expire after 12 months
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

5.2 Payment Terms

• All purchases are final and non-refundable
