These Terms of Service establish the terms and conditions governing your use of the iCartoon application ("App"). By using the App, you accept these terms.
You may need to create an account to use certain features of our App. You are responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account information. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Content you create on the App ("User Content") remains your property. However, by creating and sharing this content on the App, you grant us the right to use, copy, modify, and distribute this content for the operation of the App.
User Content that you share should not:
The App and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content.
iCartoon offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:
The Annual Plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
All subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your payment information. If you have questions about billing or payments, please contact Apple Support, as we don't have access to your payment information.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We may change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective after they are published in the App or on our website.
We may suspend or terminate your right to use the App at any time for any reason. In this case, we have the right to remove your User Content.
Any dispute related to these Terms of Service will be resolved according to the laws of the country in which you reside.
