By downloading, installing, or using the Dog Translator: Games for dog application ("the App"), you agree that you have read, understood, and are legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.

2. App Description and "For Entertainment Purposes" Use

Dog Translator: Games for dog provides various tools for dog owners. However, we explicitly state that the "translator" features of the app are a simulation for entertainment purposes only and have no scientific basis.

Disclaimer of Warranty: The "translations" or AI-generated advice provided by the App are not a substitute for the advice of a real veterinarian or professional animal behaviorist.
Responsibility: You should not rely on the information in this App when making decisions about your dog's health, diet, or behavior. Please consult a professional veterinarian for any concerns.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Our App operates on a freemium model, offering both free and paid "Pro" features.

Premium Subscription: The "Pro" subscription provides access to advanced features, such as unlimited translations and chat rights. Subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan (e.g., monthly or yearly).
Payment and Auto-Renewal: All payments are processed through your Apple App Store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel auto-renewal in your App Store account settings.
Free Version: The free version of the App may include limitations, such as a limited number of free translations and chat messages.
Refund Policy: Except where required by applicable law or Apple's policies, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
It is prohibited to submit unlawful, harassing, harmful, or inappropriate content using the App's AI Chat feature.
You shall not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or copy the App's source code.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, and all its content (excluding user-generated content), is our property and is protected by copyright laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation of the App.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages (including loss of data, loss of profit, or harm to your pet) arising from the use or inability to use the App. This disclaimer of liability specifically covers situations arising from the misinterpretation of the App's entertainment features.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice if you violate these Terms. If you no longer accept these Terms, you may cease using the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
